Dubai Chambers Dealroom

Discover a Curated Marketplace of Verified Businesses

Dubai Chambers Dealroom gives qualified investors direct access to vetted businesses across Dubai, supported by standardised financial, operational and legal information — so you can identify credible opportunities before you make first contact.

From Discovery to Introduction

A structured process to discover credible opportunities and connect with sellers securely

1. Complete the Buyer Verification Assessment

Confirm your identity and acquisition intent so Dubai Chambers Dealroom can verify your standing as a qualified buyer.

2. Explore Vetted Listings

Browse anonymised listings and review each business's IM — a standardised summary of financial, operational and legal information.

3. Sign a Confidentiality Agreement

Sign a pre-vetted, legally reviewed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) on the platform to request an introduction to the seller.

4. Get Connected Directly with the Seller

Once your NDA is signed, Dubai Chambers Dealroom introduces you to the seller directly.

Buyer RegistrationFREEOne-time assessment required

Browsing is free for all registered users. Buyers must complete a one-time Buyer Verification Assessment before requesting access to a listing.

Beyond the Platform

Independent Deal Execution

Once you're introduced, you take the deal forward yourself. Negotiating price and terms, running due diligence, drafting and signing legal documents (such as an offer letter, LOI, SPA and escrow agreement), and completing the ownership transfer all take place directly between you and the seller — Dubai Chambers Dealroom does not participate in, manage or guarantee this stage. Our Resources section offers general guidance on structuring these steps, and we recommend engaging your own legal and financial advisors.
