1.These Terms & Conditions are entered into between you, as a user of Dubai Chambers Dealroom, and Dubai Chambers ("Dubai Chambers", "we", "us" or "our").
2.These Terms, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern your access to and use of Dubai Chambers Dealroom, including all content, functionality and services offered through the platform.
3.Please read these Terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Dubai Chambers Dealroom.
4.Dubai Chambers Dealroom is made available to users who are 18 years of age or older and who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5.Access to seller functionality is restricted to individuals and entities holding valid Dubai Chambers membership. Membership status will be verified as part of the registration process.
6.Access to buyer functionality requires successful completion of the Buyer Verification Assessment. Dubai Chambers reserves the right to decline or revoke buyer access at its sole discretion.
7.The platform's role is limited to: (i) verifying the eligibility of sellers and buyers; (ii) presenting standardised business information; (iii) facilitating execution of a Confidentiality Agreement (NDA); and (iv) making a direct introduction between the parties once the NDA is signed.
8.All activity following an introduction — including negotiation, due diligence, offer and deal-term discussions, drafting and execution of legal documentation, escrow arrangements and completion of the transaction — takes place directly between the buyer and seller, independently of the platform. Dubai Chambers Dealroom does not participate in, manage, mediate, monitor or guarantee any part of this stage, and is not a party to any resulting transaction.
9.Fees applicable to sellers, including the one-time listing fee, are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in these Terms.
10.Confidentiality Agreements signed through the platform are legally binding contracts between the buyer and seller. Dubai Chambers Dealroom facilitates their execution but is not a party to them and does not enforce their terms.
